Livedo racemosa with skin ulcer not easily curable-1
A 50-year old woman has been suffered from the change of skin color which occured in winter for ten years. From 5 years ago this symptom became to occur also in summer. She went to dermatological department of a national hospital for 6 months. Wound became not to easily curable. She went to dermatologist of a university hospital, and was diagnosed as livedo racemosa and summer ulcer. She was prescribed Kampo extract drug of Ci Ho-pilolo and vitamin C for 4 months, but in vain. At last she came to our clinik on November 28th, 1988.
Reticular livedo was senn on all extremities.
